(i)Land like air, water is a natural resource.	Capital is man-made it is a man-made resource a natural resource.
(ii)It is a passive factor of production. It is require human effort to make it a productive resource.	It is active factor of production It comprises man-made inputs which help actively in increasing production.
(iii) No activity can take place in absence of land. It is the basis of human activities.	Capital is essential for better growth. But it also needs land for existence or to act upon.
