    Answer:

                      Since, Barpeta is East of Kota, the local time at Barpeta will be ahead of local time at Kota. A difference of 1° longitude is the same as 4 minutes time difference. Thus, the time difference between the two towns, = 4 min x (91°E-76°E) = 60 min.
