Answer:

                  Common symptoms which indicate sickness are: (i) Headache                      (ii) Cough and (iii) Dysentery If I see any one of the above symptoms, I'll immediately go to the doctor. It is because any of these symptoms can be the sign of sickness or disease. Ignoring it may lead to increase in the disease.
