Answer:

                                                                 The rate of evaporation will be the highest in vessel C as the surface area exposed for evaporation is larger than B ( smaller size) . The moving fan increases the wind speed which also increases the rate of evaporation. Although A and D are also equal in size to that of C but A is at a greater distance from the fan and D is covered with a lid.
