   (a) Inflated rubber tube remains floating on water as the weight of water displaced by it is very high as compared to its own weight. So by holding the inflated tube the man will not sink in the water.                        (b) Archimedes' principle or law of buoyancy or law of floatation.                                       (c) The qualities shown by the students and passerby were helping and caring nature and awareness towards proper application.
