As there is no friction and gravitational forces are conservative. \[\therefore \]   K.E.        on the ground  = P.E. at the top \[\frac{1}{2}m{{\upsilon }^{2}}=mgh\] \[\upsilon =\sqrt{2gh}\] \[\therefore \] Both the blocks will reach the ground with the same velocity.
