Electrical his chatter I couldn't quite hear what he said And I hope it doesn't matter Because one day somebody oiled His little whirling motor And all the mystery was spoiled...     Answer:

    (i) 'He' refers to an electric fan in these lines. (ii) He makes irritating noise as soon as it is switched on. (iii) One day somebody put oil in it. (iv) The poet means to say that the fan stops creating chatter the moment oil is put in its whirling motor. (v) Now the fan moves swiftly without making noise (vi) 'An engine for propelling vehicles'.
