    Answer:

                        No. This is because no part of wire loop is moving. So there is no motional e.m.f. Further, as the magnet enclosed. Fig. 4(EP).5 is stationary, magnetic flux linked with the wire loop does not change. Hence, no current will flow in the circuit.
