    Solution :

     Cost of tickets of 23 adults and 10 children = Rs. \[(23\times 1600+10\times 1200)\] =Rs. (36800 + 12000) = Rs.48800 Cost of tickets of 10 children = Rs.12000 Required discount percent \[=\frac{12000}{48800}\times 100=24.59%\]
