Effective measures to reform Political parties are:

(i) No member of a party should be allowed to change his/her party before elections. This should be done because many MLAs and MPs are greedy of ministry and cash.

(ii) A law should be made to regulate the internal affairs of Political Parties. It should be made compulsory for all Political Parties to maintain and register their members.

(iii) The accounts and property of minister and party members should be regularly checked.

(iv) Every party member should pay income tax.

(v) Government should fund parties. This can be done to ensure that no party becomes corrupt by shaving voter?s money.
