    Solution :

    Malik Kafur was originally an eunuch of Hindu community. Nusrat Khan had purchased him for 1000 Dinars. Hence, due to this reason, he was termed as Hajar Dinari. In 1298, when Allauddin Khiiji returned after his Gujarat conquest, Malik Kafur was presented to him as a gift by Nusrat Khan. Shortly, he was appointed as the Deputy General of Allauddin Khilji's army.
