    Solution :

    We know that,\[\tan \theta =\frac{{{v}^{2}}}{Rg}\]and\[\theta =\frac{h}{b}\] Hence,  \[\frac{h}{b}=\frac{{{v}^{2}}}{Rg}\Rightarrow h=\frac{{{v}^{2}}b}{Rg}\]
