    The percentage of volume of ice-cube outside the water is                 \[=\frac{{{\rho }_{water}}-{{\rho }_{ice}}}{{{\rho }_{water}}}\times 100\]                 \[=\frac{1000-900}{1000}\times 100=10%\]
