    Solution :

    Tension\[T=mg+\frac{m{{\upsilon }^{2}}}{r}\] \[52=0.2\times 10+\frac{02\times {{\upsilon }^{2}}}{0.1}\] \[50=2{{\upsilon }^{2}}\] \[{{\upsilon }^{2}}=25\Rightarrow \upsilon =5m/s\]
