RAJASTHAN PMT Rajasthan - PMT Solved Paper-2002

  • question_answer
In a diode before the saturated condition voltage were 400 and 200 respectively. Then the respective current ratio is:

    A)  \[2\sqrt{2}\]

    B)         \[\frac{1}{2\sqrt{2}}\]

    C)  \[2\]

    D)         \[1/2\]

    Correct Answer: A

    Solution :

    Current \[i\propto {{V}^{3/2}}\] \[\frac{{{i}_{1}}}{{{i}_{2}}}={{\left( \frac{400}{200} \right)}^{3/2}}\]      \[=2\sqrt{2}\]
