         \[{{I}_{l}}:{{I}_{2}}=9:1\] \[\frac{{{I}_{\max }}}{{{\operatorname{I}}_{\min }}}=\frac{{{I}_{1}}+{{I}_{2}}}{{{I}_{1}}-{{I}_{2}}}\] \[=\frac{9+1}{9-1}=\frac{10}{8}=10:8\]
