    According to 2nd equation of motion \[\begin{align}   & {{\upsilon }^{2}}={{u}^{2}}-2as \\  & 0={{u}^{2}}-2a\times 50 \\ \end{align}\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[a=\frac{{{u}^{2}}}{100}\] If initial velocity is doubled \[0={{(2u)}^{2}}-2as\] \[s=\frac{4{{u}^{2}}}{2a}=\frac{2{{u}^{2}}\times 100}{{{4}^{2}}}\] \[=200\,\text{meter}\]
