    Solution :

                    Resistance of chock coil \[{{X}_{L}}=\frac{{{V}^{2}}}{P}=\frac{10\times 10}{20}=5\Omega \] \[{{X}_{L}}=2\pi \,fL\] \[5=2\times 3.14\times f\times 10\times {{10}^{-3}}\] \[f=80Hz\]
