    Solution :

      Relative speed of observer and source \[=28-13=15\text{ }m/s\] Apparent frequency                 \[n=n\frac{\upsilon }{\upsilon +{{\upsilon }_{s}}}\]                 \[=500\times \frac{342}{342+15}=480Hz\]
