     The two half-reactions for the given reaction are \[2N{{H}_{3}}\xrightarrow[{}]{{}}{{N}_{2}}{{H}_{4}}+2{{H}^{+}}+2{{e}^{-}}\] \[OC{{l}^{-}}+2{{H}^{+}}+2{{e}^{-}}\xrightarrow[{}]{{}}C{{l}^{-}}+{{H}_{2}}O\] On adding both the reactions, we get \[2N{{H}_{3}}+OC{{l}^{-}}\xrightarrow[{}]{{}}{{N}_{2}}{{H}_{4}}+C{{l}^{-}}+{{H}_{2}}O\] The obtained equation is a balanced equation and in it, the coefficient of\[{{N}_{2}}{{H}_{4}}\]is 1.
