     Let the line joining the points\[(2,-1,-3)\]and \[(3,2,-1)\]divides the yz-plane in the ratio\[\lambda :1.\] In the yz plane\[x=0\] \[\therefore \] \[\frac{3\lambda +2}{\lambda +1}=0\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[\lambda =-\frac{2}{3}\] \[\therefore \] Ratio is\[-2:3\].
