    Solution :

    Here: Speed of siren\[{{v}_{s}}=30\,\,m/s\] Frequency of siren\[n=800\,\,Hz\] Now the frequency heard from siren is                 \[n=\left( \frac{v}{v+{{v}_{s}}} \right)n=\frac{330}{330+30}\times 800\] or            \[n=\frac{330}{360}\times 800=733.3\,\,Hz\]
