For logistic growth \[\frac{dN}{dt}=rN\left( \frac{K-N}{K} \right)\]                 If \[K=N\]then \[\frac{K-N}{K}=0\]                 \[\therefore \]  the \[\frac{dN}{dt}=0,\]the population reaches asymptote.
