    Correct Answer: D

    Solution :

                    \[\frac{^{n}{{C}_{r}}}{1}=\frac{^{n}{{C}_{r+1}}}{7}=\frac{^{n}{{C}_{r+2}}}{42}\] By solving line get r = 6 so, if is 7th  term.
