    Circle touches internally \[{{C}_{1}}(0,0);{{r}_{1}}=2\] \[{{C}_{2}}:(-3,-4);{{r}_{2}}=7\] \[{{C}_{1}}{{C}_{2}}=|{{r}_{1}}-{{r}_{2}}|\] \[{{S}_{1}}-{{S}_{2}}=0\Rightarrow \]eqn. of common tangent \[6x+8y20=0\] \[3x+4y=10\] (6, -2) satisfy it
