     Myxoedema is caused due to undersecretion of thyroid hormone. This disorder appears in adults. In this mucus becomes stored in sub cutaneous tissue which holds water and gives a puffy appearance to the skin. Osteoporosis is caused by oversecretion of parathormone. It causes dimineralization of bones, which, therefore, become soft weak distorted and fragile. Hypercalcimia is due to hypersecretion of parathormone. In this the calcium level is sharply rise in blood and extracellular fluid and sharp fall in phosphate level. Diabetes mellitus is caused due to deficiency of insulin hormone.
