Adrenaline (epinephrine) is secreted at the time of emergency, hence, it is called emergency hormone or fight, fright and flight hormone. Oxytocin promotes contraction of the uterine muscles and contraction of the myoepithelial cells of the lactating breast squeezing milk into the large ducts behind the nipple.
