  • question_answer
The point of concurrence of the lines \[ax+by+c=0\]and \[a,b,c\]satisfy the relation \[3a+2b+4c=0\]is

    A)  \[\left( \frac{3}{2},\frac{1}{4} \right)\]

    B)  \[\left( \frac{3}{4},\frac{1}{4} \right)\]

    C)  \[\left( \frac{3}{4},\frac{1}{2} \right)\]

    D)  \[\left( \frac{3}{2},\frac{1}{2} \right)\]

    Correct Answer: C

    Solution :

    Given lines are \[ax+by+c=0\] ?.(i) and a, b, c satisfy the relation \[3a+2b+4c=0\] ?..(ii) Only option  satisfy both conditions. \[\because \] \[a.\frac{3}{4}+b.\frac{1}{2}+c=0\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[3a+2b+4c=0\]
