    Solution :

                    By Faradays second law, induced emf \[e=-\frac{Nd\phi }{dt}\] which gives \[e=-L\frac{dI}{dt}\] \[\therefore \]  \[|e|=2\times {{10}^{-3}}\times 20\times {{10}^{-3}}V=40\mu V\]
