    Solution :

                                             According to the condition of question                 \[\tan \theta =\frac{{{\upsilon }_{y}}}{{{\upsilon }_{x}}}=\frac{20}{10}=2\] \[\therefore \]  \[\theta ={{\tan }^{-1}}(2)\]
