                    speed of electron in nth orbit \[=\frac{e}{137}\times \frac{Z}{n}\] So speed of electron in second orbit                 \[=\frac{3\times {{10}^{8}}}{137}\times \frac{1}{2}\]                 \[=1.25\times {{10}^{6}}m/s\]
