    Solution :

                    In a diode, before saturation region linear region comes. In linear region \[{{i}_{p}}\propto {{V}_{p}}\] \[\Rightarrow \]                \[\frac{{{i}_{1}}}{{{i}_{2}}}=\frac{{{V}_{{{p}_{1}}}}}{{{V}_{{{p}_{2}}}}}=\frac{400}{200}=\frac{2}{1}\]
