    Solution :

    Ans.  Let the number of green marble \[=x\] Then, probability of getting a green marble \[\frac{x{{c}_{1}}}{24{{c}_{1}}}=\frac{2}{3}\]\[\Rightarrow \]\[\frac{x}{24}=\frac{2}{3}\] \[\therefore \]    \[x=16\] So, number of blue marble = 24-16 = 8
