    Solution :

    According to equation of continuity                 \[{{A}_{1}}{{v}_{1}}={{A}_{2}}{{v}_{2}}\]                 \[10\times 1=5\times {{v}_{2}}\]                 \[{{v}_{2}}=2\,m/s\]                 \[\frac{{{p}_{1}}}{\rho }+\frac{v_{1}^{2}}{2}=\frac{{{p}_{2}}}{\rho }+\frac{v_{2}^{2}}{2}\]                 \[=\frac{2000}{1000}+\frac{{{1}^{2}}}{2}=\frac{{{p}_{2}}}{1000}+\frac{{{2}^{2}}}{2}\] \[\Rightarrow \]                               \[{{p}_{2}}=500\,Pa\]
