    The RMS velocity of \[\text{S}{{\text{O}}_{\text{2}}}\] \[=\frac{3RT}{M}\] The RMS velocity of \[{{\text{O}}_{\text{2}}}\] \[=\frac{3RT}{M}\] In case of \[S{{O}_{2}},T=303,\] Molecular \[wt=64\] \[\therefore \]                  \[\frac{3R\times 303}{64}\] In case of \[{{O}_{2}}T=?\,M=32\] \[\therefore \]  \[\frac{3R\times 303}{32}=\frac{3R\times T}{64}\] \[\therefore \]  \[T=\frac{64}{32}\times 303=606\]
