    African sleeping sickness is caused by Trypanosoma gambiense with the help of Glossina polpalis (tse-tse-fly). Trypanosoma gambiense is an endoparasite which reside in  blood and cerebrospinal fluid of man. Trypanosoma cruzi causes chagas disease in children. The intermediate host is triatomid bugs. Taenia solium inhabit gut of man and domestic animals. The secondary host for T. solium is usually pig. Wuchereria bancroftii (filarial worm) parasitizes lymph vessels and lymph glands. It is digenetic. Culex and Ades mosquitoes serve as intermediate hosts.
