    : There are four different blood groups in human beings which are designated as\[O,\text{ }A,\text{ }B\]and AB. The genotype of these blood groups will be- Group\[A-AA\]or\[Ao\] Group\[B-BB\]or\[Bo\] Group \[AB-AB\] Group \[O-Oo\] Thus when father has the blood group A and the mother has the blood group\[O\], there are only two blood groups i.e., A and\[O\]are possible in the progeny.
