    Solution :

    Since, 4 candidates have to be selected from 10 candidates and each time atleast one candidate voted by voter. Total number of ways \[{{=}^{10}}{{C}_{1}}{{+}^{10}}{{C}_{2}}{{+}^{10}}{{C}_{3}}{{+}^{10}}{{C}_{4}}\] \[=10+45+120+210=385\]
