     Length of Transverse common tangent \[=\sqrt{\begin{align}   & {{(Dis\operatorname{tance}\,between\,centre\,of\,circles)}^{2}} \\  & -{{(Sum\,of\,two\,radii)}^{2}} \\ \end{align}}\] \[=\sqrt{{{10}^{2}}-{{(4.5+3.5)}^{2}}}=\sqrt{100-64}\] \[=\sqrt{36}=\]
