    Solution :

     Let the cost price of total furniture be Rs. x. Selling price of total furniture \[=\frac{1}{2}\left( x\times \frac{110}{100} \right)+\frac{1}{4}\left( x\times \frac{80}{100} \right)+\frac{1}{4}x\] \[=\frac{11x}{20}+\frac{x}{5}+\frac{x}{4}=\frac{11x+4x+5x}{20}\] \[=\frac{20x}{20}=Rs.x\] Here cost price = selling price So, Neither profit nor loss.
