    Solution :

    Let the speed of the man is x km/h and total distance to travel is y km. \[\therefore \]                  \[\,y=30x\] His reduced speed \[=x\times \frac{14}{15}\] \[\therefore \] Distance travelled \[=\frac{14x}{15}\times 30=28x\,\,km\] According to the questions, \[\Rightarrow \] \[30x-28x=10\Rightarrow x=5\,\,km/h\]
