According to the questions, \[\frac{x-7}{18}+\frac{x-8}{27}+\frac{x}{36}=1\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[\frac{6x-42+4x-32+3x}{108}=1\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[\frac{13x-74}{108}=1\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[13x=\,108+74\,=\,182\] \[\therefore \,\]                \[x=\frac{182}{13}=14\]
