    Solution :

    At first we arrange the given informations in the descending order of age. Mohan is older than Raju but not as old as Lalit. i.e. Lalit > Mohan > Raju           ...(i) Lalit is older than Neelesh and Kabir. i.e. Lalit > Neelesh and Kabir       ...(ii) Neelesh is younger than Raju but not the youngest. i.e. Raju > Neelesh                     ... (iii) From Eqs. (i), (ii) and (iii), ws can writethe order. Lalit > Mohan > Raju > Neelesh > Kabir Hence, Neelesh is the fourth in the descending order.
