    \[\frac{a}{b}=\frac{3}{4}\Rightarrow a=\frac{3}{4}b\] Now, \[\frac{{{a}^{3}}}{9}+{{b}^{3}}=\frac{{{a}^{3}}}{9{{b}^{3}}}=\frac{27{{b}^{3}}}{64\times 9{{b}^{3}}}=\frac{3}{64}\]
