     \[{{m}^{n}}.{{n}^{m}}\,=800\]      \[=2\times 2\times 2\times 2\times 2\times 5\times 5\]      \[={{2}^{5}}\times {{5}^{2}}\]       \[m=5\] and  \[n=2\]      \[\therefore \] \[\frac{n}{m}=\frac{2}{5}\]
