        \[H={{i}^{2}}RT={{i}^{2}}\left( \frac{\rho l}{A} \right)t\] \[=\frac{{{i}^{2}}\rho Vt}{{{A}^{2}}}\] (V = volume) \[\Rightarrow \]   As,       \[\rho V\] = mass, t = time and      i = current (constants) \[\Rightarrow \]               \[H\propto \frac{1}{{{r}^{4}}}\] \[\therefore \]  \[\frac{{{H}_{1}}}{{{H}_{2}}}={{\left( \frac{{{r}_{2}}}{{{r}_{1}}} \right)}^{4}}={{\left( \frac{2}{1} \right)}^{4}}=\frac{16}{1}\]
