    From the formula, \[K\varepsilon =\frac{{{p}^{2}}}{2m}\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[K\varepsilon \,\,\,\,\overset{-}{\mathop{\propto }}\,{{p}^{2}}\] For two cases, we have: \[\frac{{{P}_{2}}}{{{P}_{1}}}=\sqrt{\frac{K{{\varepsilon }_{2}}}{K{{\varepsilon }_{1}}}}\] Here, \[K{{\varepsilon }_{2}}=2K{{\varepsilon }_{1}}\] \[\frac{{{P}_{2}}}{{{P}_{1}}}=\sqrt{\frac{2K{{\varepsilon }_{1}}}{K{{\varepsilon }_{1}}}}=\sqrt{2}\]
