    Solution :

    As,       \[\frac{{{V}_{A}}}{{{V}_{B}}}=\sqrt{\frac{{{r}_{B}}}{{{r}_{A}}}}\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[\frac{3V}{{{V}_{B}}}=\sqrt{\frac{R}{4R}}\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[{{V}_{B}}=6V\]
