    \[\text{Average}\,\text{speed=\bar{S}=}\frac{\text{Distance}}{\text{Time}}\] or,        \[\bar{s}=\frac{\pi R}{t}\] Magnitude of average velocity \[=|\vec{v}|\] \[=\frac{\text{Magnitude}\,\text{of}\,\text{displacemennt}}{\text{Time}}\] \[\therefore \]      \[\left| \left\langle \left. {\vec{v}} \right\rangle  \right. \right|=\frac{2R}{t}\] or,        \[\frac{{\bar{s}}}{|\left\langle \left. {\vec{v}} \right\rangle  \right.|}=\frac{\pi R}{t\times \left( \frac{2R}{t} \right)}=\frac{\pi }{2}\] Hence, the correction option is [c].
