Ratio,    $R=\frac{\left( \frac{e}{m} \right)\alpha }{\left( \frac{e}{m} \right)electron}=\frac{\frac{2e}{4{{m}_{p}}}}{\frac{e}{{{m}_{e}}}}$ Where $m & p$ is mass of proton and ${{m}_{e}}$ is mass of electron. $\therefore$  $R=\frac{{{m}_{e}}}{2{{m}_{p}}}$                  $=\frac{{{m}_{e}}}{2\times 1840{{m}_{e}}}$   $[\because {{m}_{p}}=1840\,{{m}_{e}}]$                 $=\frac{1}{3680}$
